Project Manager

Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of IT projects within the Service Delivery Department. This includes leading a team of employees to ensure projects are completed on time and within their specified budgets along with communicating updates to key stakeholders. The Project Manager will be implementing IT strategies in order to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Develop and track project plans for individual tracks of work
• Create and manage projects goals, milestones and commitments
• Responsible for overall performance of applications/infrastructure/security projects in a fast paced, high volume environment
• Ability to clarify and communicate project objectives and success criteria
• Ensure projects are delivered according to schedule and within budget
• Lead daily standups
• Manage project scope and change control process
• Identify and manage Risk / Issue tracking and escalations
• Manage stakeholders and communicate projects’ issues and decisions
• Develop relationships with appropriate client stakeholders
• Produce accurate and timely reporting of projects status throughout their life cycle
• Manage project team’s deliverables and collaborations with other organizations
• Ensure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality and team member performance
• Ensure scheduling of Technicians falls in line with project timelines and deadlines
• Participate or lead PMO activities such as resource alignment, process improvements, and project prioritization.

Qualifications

• At least 4-6 years of Technical Project Management experience delivering digital solutions that may include data and technology.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Knowledge on how devops is integrated into platforms
• Experience with MS-Project and other PM tools
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Connectwise experience a plus
• Intune Experience a plus
