Bookkeeper Office Coordinator

The Full time Coordinator is responsible for performing accounting and administrative duties.  You will support our business growth and accounting department by processing invoices, transactions and expenses as well as updating the accounting database.  The Coordinator will also greet visitors, schedule meetings, manage office inventory and work on projects as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Handle data to day accounting duties including accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll.
  • Process invoices and daily transactions and expenses.
  • Apply accounts receivable payments correctly and timely and reconcile payments. 
  • Update and maintain accounting database with data entry and reports.
  • Manage inventory through tracking and documentation when inventory moves in and out of office
  • Greet visitors to the office
  • Direct calls to the appropriate department
  • Contact customers regarding any billing questions and/or issues
  • Schedule meetings and make travel arrangements as needed

Qualifications

  • 1-3 year of experience working in accounting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experienced working in Microsoft Office and Quickbooks
  • Ability to prioritize and multi task
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Effectively and professionally communicate with clients and vendors.
  • Be able to work independently
